Do you think TNA could compete or beat the WWE if they did the following?

I will admit that TNA will have to do a lot to outdo WWE. If they do everything you mentioned then they should beat WWE. About Eric Bischoff, he is the one responsible for destruction of WCW so I quite agree that TNA should get rid of him.
