Is Vince Russo Hurting TNA?

why do wrestling companies not see that Russo ruins wrestling storylines. Period. i really think that TNA could be something great If it wasn't for his "creative writing"... The only reason he was good in the 90's was because Vince McMahon was the real creative mind. I think he really hurts TNA much more than Hogan or Bichoff do (I actually like Bichoff). what do you guys think?
