Bad body pain on lower area, help?

Hey. So this is serious. Okay, so just about 20 minutes ago I was eating with my mom and aunt. (still am) and my lower half started to feel so much pain. Its around the hips and around the viginal area. Not really the vagina but above it. I really don't know what's wrong and i know I'm not pregnant. Can someone help? Please it really hurts
